StartTimmer Menu Button:  Accessible from the top menu bar.

Function:  Starts the 24-hour watch operation. This routine continuously monitors the Gmail "Holding Area" folder, downloads all available emails from it, and processes the locally stored messages. In addition to handling incoming emails, it also performs several essential maintenance tasks during the idle intervals between outgoing email batch transmissions.
